CANDIED FRUIT

For our candied fruit we exclusively use Italian seasonal products, harvesting the fruit when fully ripened.

The candying process is carried out following the traditional method: the fruit is cooked in a pot and left afterwards in a syrup of water and sugar until it is completely candied. We do not use fruit treated with sulphorous anhydride nor preserved in salt.

GINGER, LEMON AND ELDER FLOWERS 

 

INGREDIENTS: 

Lemon, sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, natural vanilla, ginger, elderflower, soy lecithin.

 

DESCRIPTION: 

Documents testify that already from the sixteenth century in Europe the candied fruits were assimilated to the spices

FRUIT OFF PASSION 

 

INGREDIENTS: 

Cocoa mass, passion fruit, cocoa butter, sugar, glucose, whole milk powder, anhydrous butter, natural vanilla, soy lecithin, brown sugar.

 

DESCRIPTION: 

The passion fruit (maracuja) ,originating from South America, has got a pulp rich in seeds with an intense and fragrant scent.

This praline is filled with Passion fruit, enclosed in dark chocolate, wrapped in brown sugar.

CANDIED and COVERED ORANGE FILLETS 

 

 

INGREDIENTS: 

Orange, sugar, cocoa mass, butter of cocoa, soy lecithin.

We make our candies starting from fresh fruit, not treated on the surface, without preservatives. We get the cut only after the candied processing.

Then we cover our excellent candied fruits by 65% dark chocolate.

 

TASTE 

You will appreciate the softness of the candied with strong orange note and a very light layer of dark chocolate.

CANDIED CLEMENTINE WITH HONEYBUSH AND MANGO 

 

INGREDIENTS: 

Clementine, cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, glucose, honeybush, mango, natural vanilla, soy lecithin.

 

DESCRIPTION: 

Honeybush is a South Africa native plant from the legume family. It is used for making tea and drinks from beneficial properties. In this praline the clementine is whole candied with mango and then cut and covered with excellent dark chocolate.

PINK GRAPEFRUIT AND CARDAMOM 

 

 

INGREDIENTS: 

Pink grapefruit, sugar, cocoa butter, glucose, whole milk powder, natural vanilla, cardamom, soy lecithin.

 

DESCRIPTION: 

This praline has intense citrus notes that

are accompanied by white chocolate soft note, intense cardamom flavour
