CHOCOLATE BARS 50 GR

 

Dark chocolate:

64%: soft , cocoa fragrances

 

70%: a cocoa coming from North of Peru, pleasantly sour, notes of red fruits and honey with a vanilla end.

 

75%: very delicate chocolate, with a shade of vanilla, extre- mely melting and with a particular persistence in mouth and a fresh fruit end.

 

82%: selection of cocoa from Venezuela, with pleasant tan- nins reminding of fruit as ribes and honey with a long persistence on the palate.

FLAVORED BARS 50 GR

 

 

WHITE EXTRA FINE COFFEE & PUREARABIC: 

the strong and fragrant taste of freshly grin- ded coffee beans is successfully combined with white chocolate bringing back to mind an Italian classic like milk&coffee.

 

MILK &CERVIA SALT

milk chocolate meets Cervia salt, a whole sweet salt extracted from the mother-water at low salinity, naturally dried, protected by a Slow Food presidium. 

 

DARK CHOCOLATE WITH ORANGE and VANILLA 70% 

the dark chocolate enhances the notes of orange and vanilla in this bar of ancient fra- grances.

MILK BARS 50gr 

 

MILK 40% milk chocolate with a high percentage of cocoa. Intense flavour with cocoa aromas, aftertaste of milk, fruity notes and aftertaste of coffee and vanilla at the end

CHOCOLATE TANK 

 

 

INGREDIENTS:

cocoa min. 65%. cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, soy lecithin.

It takes its name from the shape that resembles a track of a tank. Reproduced in the past, it was mainly used for home cooking or for a gift.
